4. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

   Shazam Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if it suspects or determines that a User has engaged in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

• Sharing login credentials;
• Using unauthorized software or tools; or
• Engaging in any other form of malicious conduct.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

   All payments made by Users are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Shazam Casino. User acknowledges that they have read and understood the payment terms and conditions applicable to their use of the Services.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   Shazam Casino retains all right, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade secrets, and copyrights. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of Shazam Casino's intellectual property without prior written consent from Shazam Casino.

7. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

   Shazam Casino provides the Services "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shazam Casino disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranty of merchantability;
• Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; and
• Warranty against infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shazam Casino's liability for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to an amount equal to the total fees paid by User under this Agreement during the twelve-month period preceding the occurrence giving rise to such claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. AMENDMENTS

    Shazam Casino reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to User. User agrees to review these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates.

11. NOTICES

    Notices required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and sent by email to the email address provided by User upon registration.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or modifications thereto, constitute the entire agreement between Shazam Casino and User with respect to the subject matter hereof.

13. SURVIVAL

    The provisions of these Terms and Conditions which are intended to survive termination or expiration shall remain in effect after such termination or expiration.

By accessing or using the Services, User acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
